Forbes Advisor, a respected online higher education ranking site, has designated four of Wilmington University’s online degree programs in the top 10 of its 2024 Best Online Degree rankings. The recognized programs range from associate to doctoral degrees, from health science to finance.
The rankings are based on 13 data points in credibility, affordability, student outcomes, and student experience as reported in private and third-party data sources and individual school and program websites. Data is also researched and taken from the National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) and the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS).
Top Online Associate Degrees
The University’s associate degree in Health Sciences prepares students for various health care career options and is ranked #2 nationwide. Students in this program can align their studies with their career goals through four concentrations: Health Information Technology, Interdisciplinary Care Management, Health Promotion: Fitness, and Health Care Practice Management.
WilmU’s associate degree in Finance was ranked #5. The A.S. in Finance prepares graduates for entry-level banking, investment, and real estate positions. It also builds the foundation for a bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, business analytics, or related fields.
Top Online Doctoral Degrees
Two of the University’s doctoral programs also ranked within Forbes’ top 10 degree-specific rankings. Coming in at #4, WilmU’s IACBE-accredited Doctor of Business Administration degree is one of the country’s top programs encompassing regulatory requirements, ethical leadership, and finance. Participants delve deep into the issues facing business leaders in a contemporary global environment and develop strategies to address challenges effectively.
The practice-focused online Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, Learning and Innovation was ranked #7 out of 10 top online doctorates in America. This interdisciplinary doctoral program explores leadership and strategies that elevate organizations. Students can advance learning initiatives at organizational, team, or individual levels.
