Formidable Business Experience for the Classroom

College of Business adjunct faculty bring real-life experience and expertise to the classroom and the community.

A new adjunct who teaches entrepreneurship, Dr. Jamiel Vadell is the former director of Millaway Institute for Entrepreneurship at Gulf Coast College in Florida. His professional experience includes serving as CEO of Paradigm Leaders, a business consulting firm. As a decorated major in the Air Force, he assumed multiple leadership roles in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the United States. Dr. Vadell is interested in organizational development, servant leadership, motivation, entrepreneurship, and business consulting.

Craig Lytle, who teaches finance and business courses, recently presented a TEDx talk titled, “A Generational Shift Toward Partnership Plans,” which addresses strategies that allow older citizens to prepare for life in assisted living or long-term care through collaborative agreements between Medicaid and insurance firms. Lytle is CEO of Income and Estate Planning Partners in Newark and a volunteer ambassador at the Blood Bank of Delmarva.
