Woman holds up two hands at commencement in celebration

Wilmington University faculty and staff hosted the second pre-commencement dinner May 2 honoring graduates in spring commencement.

In addition to good food and fellowship, faculty sought comments on highlights and challenges of the students’ experiences at the university. Comments gleaned from the evening will help enhance and improve programs offered by the University. The college plans to continue this tradition in the next academic year.

Faculty appreciated an open dialog with students, with one student advising new students, “Don’t be afraid to fail, just don’t stop!”
