As he contemplated the next step in his career, he enrolled in classes to gain deeper understanding of the responsibilities of administrators and district leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This innovative structure allows teachers and instructors to collaborate in discussing issues and goals within the district. Courses are taught by district administrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe fact that the program was offered locally was what really sold it for me. It made the conversations in class a very personalized experience.
