Many are taking advantage of Gild partnerships in which nurses receive tuition reimbursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WilmU offers four MSN Leadership areas of concentration: Educator, Executive, Legal Nurse Consultant, and Public Health. The degrees can be paired with an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmu.edu\/business\/mba_index.aspx\">MBA<\/a> or an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmu.edu\/business\/management-master-curriculum.aspx\">MS in Management.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s been an increase in interest in Executive and Public Health tracks in a post-COVID world,\u201d Dr. Drews says. \u201cIt\u2019s learning to manage a budget and understanding that health care is a business.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cNurses are recognizing that having a graduate degree can really advance their careers.\u201d<br><em>\u2014 Dr. Lisa Drews<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>WilmU worked with Christiana Care Health System, Nemours Children\u2019s Health, and Beebe Healthcare to identify areas of professional development, including job satisfaction for healthcare providers.
