But to shift from clinical work to administration, he needed to return to school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Getting an M.S. in Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2020 helped him forge a new career path at GEHealthcare in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Choubdar thought he could go further faster with a doctorate and enrolled in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmu.edu\/business\/dba.aspx\">Wilmington University\u2019s Doctor <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmu.edu\/business\/dba.aspx\">of Business Administration (DBA)<\/a> program. Available 100% online, the program offers flexible scheduling for working professionals who can complete the degree in as little as three years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choubdar says his pursuit of a DBA significantly contributed to his new position as associate global product manager, where he is responsible for providing multi-functional leadership and strategic direction of the product portfolio.
