Students were paid manager-level salaries while building their business skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three students completed the BOA program during their senior years in the College of Business and have secured good positions with the firm. They are now on the job full-time at BOA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Elizabeth Tyre<\/strong>, Operations Project Consultant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Joslyn Benson<\/strong>, Operations Project Consultant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aaliyah Reese<\/strong>, Process Design Consultant I<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWilmU is committed to providing academic programs that prepare students for careers of today and into the future,\u201d says <strong>Dr. Kathy Kennedy-Ratajack<\/strong>, dean of the College of Business.&nbsp;\u201cWe are proud partners with industry leaders, like Bank of America, offering unique job opportunities that connect to the skills acquired in the classroom.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Wilmington University, many students get a head-start on their careers while earning their degrees.
