In addition to her eight years on Medical\/Surgical and Telemetry units as a staff nurse, she has held roles as a part-time clinical adjunct professor at a local university nursing program, a full-time instructor in the Health Career Pathways program at local technical college\/high school, and a full-time assistant professor of nursing at a local university.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lifelong learning is important to Trill, and she plans to \u201cact as a leader in healthcare as medicine evolves.\u201d&nbsp; She lists \u201cadvancing the future of healthcare through the use of tech advances\u201d as a career goal, and she is definitely on her way. In Spring 2023, she will defend her doctoral dissertation, which is a research study on the integration of simulation in nursing education.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s no surprise that Trill has earned a number of professional honors. She was named Jennersville Regional Hospital\u2019s 2017 Employee of the Year. And in 2021, she was named a Millennial Superstar by VISTA.TODAY, in recognition of being a \u201cyoung Chester\u202fCounty professional who is breaking down walls, shattering expectations, and doing remarkable work in their\u202fprofession or community.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WilmU has worked for Kasey Trill as she has advanced in her stellar career as an RN and nurse educator.
