That included a meeting with Faw Casson, an audit and accounting firm with offices in Dover and Rehoboth Beach, to discuss partnerships, including internships and experiential learning activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to attending Meet the Firms, Faw Casson representatives will visit accounting classes at Wilmington University and record a video to introduce students to accounting career opportunities in public accounting. The firm is encouraging its new accountants to enroll in WilmU\u2019s Accounting Review Certificate Program and is providing tuition assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe currently have three employees from Faw Casson enrolled in the program,\u201d Davis says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also met with Courtney Stewart, deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the State of Delaware, to discuss internship opportunities. In addition, OMB will attend Meet the Firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThere are a lot of different career paths in accounting and finance.
