Students will receive pay that is the equivalent of a BOA manager, as well as employee benefits. Students who successfully complete the program will be offered full-time, permanent positions with BOA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative reflects WilmU\u2019s dedication to education and programs that enhance student work experiences, notes Dr. Kathy S.
