His professional experience includes serving as CEO of Paradigm Leaders, a business consulting firm. As a decorated major in the Air Force, he assumed multiple leadership roles in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the United States.&nbsp;Dr. Vadell is interested in organizational development, servant leadership, motivation, entrepreneurship, and business consulting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Craig Lytle, who teaches finance and business courses, recently presented a TEDx talk titled, \u201cA Generational Shift Toward Partnership Plans,\u201d which addresses strategies that allow older citizens to prepare for life in assisted living or long-term care through collaborative agreements between Medicaid and insurance firms.
