between higher education and work, with an emphasis on transitioning from a gig economy to career paths.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAt Wilmington University and beyond, our dedicated faculty are making a positive difference, sharing their insights and expertise with communities, nonprofit groups, agencies and other academic institutions,\u201d says Dr. Kathy Ratajack-Kennedy, dean of the College of Business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Weinstein, who chairs the Human Resources Management Program at WilmU, also is the founder of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.m25initiative.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">M25 Initiative<\/a>, dedicated to ending hunger, poverty and crime in Cumberland County, New Jersey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based in Washington D.C.,&nbsp;ED2WORK&nbsp;helps postsecondary institutions and employers address the critical needs of adult and working learners.&nbsp;As a member of ED2WORK\u2019s advisory council, Dr. Weinstein collaborates with professionals and academics from diverse disciplines to share insights on formal and informal learning, and innovative models in teaching and
