The AI training builds on the organization&#8217;s recent efforts to prepare employees and job seekers for a rapidly evolving workplace. In June, Goodwill hosted an AI literacy workshop focused on workforce development and future-ready skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The world of work is changing rapidly, and Goodwill is committed to making sure the people we serve are prepared for what&#8217;s next,&#8221; Goodwill CEO <strong>Colleen Morrone<\/strong> said in a statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The customized WilmU program will focus on practical, responsible uses of AI to help organizational leaders improve decision-making, enhance operations and better serve their communities.
