Dupont Hwy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The summit will bring together employers, service members, military spouses, and veterans for a program focused on career connections, professional development, and hiring opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHiring veterans and military spouses is an opportunity for the American business community to tap into highly skilled, solid talent; and a way for organizations to benefit from a resilient and versatile workforce,\u201d says Hiring Our Heroes Events and Engagement Director <strong>Crystal Bryant-Kearns<\/strong>. \u201cThe skill sets that the military community bring to the table are second to none \u2013 they are highly sought-after talent.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMany members of the military community balance education, work, family and service, and we are mindful of the responsibilities they carry,\u201d says Wilmington University Assistant Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students<strong> Dr. Regina Allen-Sharpe<\/strong>. \u201cWe are pleased to help create a space where they can connect with employers, explore opportunities, and feel supported in their next steps.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmu.edu\/military\/\">Wilmington University supports military-affiliated students<\/a> through flexible pathways, career-focused programs, and student services designed for students balancing school, work, family, and service.
