The full-time, 36-month program leads to a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWilmU and ChristianaCare are helping build Delaware\u2019s nurse anesthesiology workforce by combining rigorous doctoral education with immersive skills labs, high-fidelity simulation at ChristianaCare\u2019s VEST Center, innovative virtual reality simulation, and extensive clinical training,\u201d Dr. Mainwaring says. \u201cTuition assistance offered by Anesthesia Services, P.A., for students who commit to practicing at ChristianaCare after graduation further strengthens this career pipeline and supports retention of highly skilled anesthesia professionals in Delaware.\u201d <sub>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/sub><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<em>\u2014&nbsp;<\/em><em>Eileen Smith Dallabrida<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wilmington University is partnering with ChristianaCare to provide hands-on, advanced education for WilmU\u2019s newly launched Nurse Anesthesiologist Program.
