Young Correctional Institution, was promoted to warden of Baylor Women\u2019s Correctional Institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Hughey earned a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmu.edu\/behavioralscience\/crimjust.aspx\">bachelor\u2019s degree in Criminal Justice<\/a>, a master\u2019s degree in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmu.edu\/behavioralscience\/msaj.aspx\">Administration of Justice<\/a>, and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmu.edu\/education\/organizational-learning-doctorate.aspx\">Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, Learning and Innovation<\/a>, all from WilmU.
