She was inducted as a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (FAANA) and elected president of the Delaware Board of Nursing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FAANA represents the pinnacle of achievement in nurse anesthesiology. The designation of fellow is reserved for a select group of leaders who have demonstrated sustained excellence in clinical practice, education, research, and advocacy. Fewer than 100 nurse anesthesiologists nationwide currently hold this distinction.
