The conference empowered individuals to become active artists in this digital transformation rather than passive observers,\u201d says <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wilmu.edu\/directory\/business\/tasha-jackson.aspx\">Dr. Jackson-Thomas<\/a>, chair of Applied Technology,\u00a0ISM\u00a0Programs, and Contemporary Technology Applications. \u201cThrough a comprehensive workshop covering digital literacy, AI mastery, and career-advancing tech skills, participants not only learned about technology \u2014 they also learned to leverage it as a multiplier for their envisioned success.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sponsored by JPMorganChase, the third annual event connected under-employed and unemployed young adults in New Castle County to skills training programs, the local tech community, and career opportunities in technology, a sector central to the state\u2019s long-term economic prosperity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The free, one-day event provided an immersive experience featuring inspiring speakers, panel discussions with technologists and tech leaders, interactive life skills workshops, resource booths, and opportunities for professional networking.
