She recently established a toolbox for advanced nurses in treating victims of abuse published by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In \u201cAdvanced Nursing Roles Human Trafficking Assignment,\u201d MSN students in various concentrations can use a template developed by Drews to produce a trauma debriefing script tailored to their specialty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drews also contributed to NursingColleges.com, a comprehensive guide to the rapidly expanding nursing field. She published an article titled \u201cDelaware Nursing Colleges, Degrees &amp; Licenses: Meet the Expert,\u201d focusing on education opportunities in the First State. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her guide includes guidelines for reviewing human trafficking scenarios, encouraging students to reflect on their successful interventions, and fostering open and respectful discussions among nurse leaders.
