Dr. Wagner-Clarke Leads Undergrad Business Management

Dr. Karen Marie Wagner-Clarke, a seasoned development, management and research professional, is the new undergraduate Business Management program chair.
“Dr. Wagner-Clarke brings extensive experience in business management, learning development, and academic research to her new role. She combines her leadership, curriculum development, and mentorship expertise to create dynamic learning experiences that prepare students for real-world success,” says Dr. Robin Weinstein, dean of the College of Business.
She previously served as director of learning development and senior researcher at a human resource consulting firm. An adjunct at Wilmington University since 2014, she is passionate about providing students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel and advance in their careers. She holds a certificate in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from Georgetown University. She received a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, Learning, and Innovation from Wilmington University.
In her new role, Wagner-Clark leads a team of undergraduate business management and sports management faculty.
