Dr. Audrey Blume, chair of the Business Management Program, met with leaders in recruiting and career services at Bank of America’s Delaware office to review the details for the 16-month BOA Leader Development Program.

Wilmington University senior business students are encouraged to apply to this full-time program, which will begin in June. Students will receive pay that is the equivalent of a BOA manager, as well as employee benefits. Students who successfully complete the program will be offered full-time, permanent positions with BOA.

The initiative reflects WilmU’s dedication to education and programs that enhance student work experiences, notes Dr. Kathy S. Kennedy-Ratajack, COB dean.

“This partnership between Bank of America and Wilmington University demonstrates our commitment to strong industry partnerships that provide our students with employment and career advancement opportunities,” she says.
