New Video Highlights Online Academic Journey

Even in uncertain times, students can rely on consistent and supportive services throughout their educational experiences at Wilmington University.

That’s especially important in recent times, since all WilmU students have shifted to a virtual learning environment during the COVID-19 pandemic.

While the format may be different, the care and dedication to students remain the same. Recently, the multimedia team from the College of Online and Experiential Learning (COEL) created a brief video that demonstrates the online student journey and the wide range of convenient virtual services available to students.

“Every student’s journey depends on a collaborative partnership between Academic Support Services and Academic Affairs,” says Dr. Sallie Reissman, assistant vice president and COEL dean. “Our online students are no different. With access to all the services they need, as well as a variety of fun, interactive courses, our online students get valuable experience at the flexibility of their own schedule.”

The video offers helpful information on academics, student activities, career opportunities, and how to access support resources.
