Dr. Anthony Carcillo

Dr. Anthony Carcillo is the Director of the Graduate College of Technology and chairs the MS-IST Technology Project Management Program and the MS Cybersecurity Program.

Dr. Carcillo has taught a number of graduate courses in the MS-IST Program that focus on Action Research, Technology Project Management, Analysis Modeling and Design, APA style of writing, Database Management, and RFID. Currently, Dr. Carcillo is a member of the following organizations:

  • Association of IT Professionals
  • Delaware Chapter of Infragard
  • Epsilon Pi Tau
  • Project Management Institute

Dr. Carcillo earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from Wilmington University in 2013; his dissertation topic was “The Impact of Project Management Maturity Upon IT/IS Project Outcomes.” In 2002 he earned his Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Immaculata University, and his Bachelor in Arts from Immaculata University in 1998. He is a Project Management Professional who earned his Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2002.
