Dr. Dwayne Hodges

Dr. Hodges is the CEO and President for DH Cyber Security Solutions. DH-CSS specializes in cyber security research and analysis for cyber security with industrial control systems, information, and information systems for private, public, and government agencies to include cyber security auditing, assessment, penetration testing, education, training, and program management. DH Cyber Security Solutions specializes in disaster recovery and continuity of operations planning, auditing, development, and implementation to include, but not limited to information, information systems, and critical infrastructure. DH Cyber Security Solutions specializes in network management, information technology operations, layered cyber security solutions that includes physical, administrative, and technical controls.
Dr. Hodges is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), with the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC) 2. He holds a United States Top Secret Clearance (TS-SCI). He also serves as a University Professor and Academic Engineer in Higher Education in several disciplines for more than one University to include but not limited to Homeland Security Defense & Preparedness, Cyber Security, Network Security, Internet and Data Security, Master and Business Administration: Management. Dr. Hodges is a United States Operation Iraq Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom war veteran.
Dr. Hodges has taught internationally to NATO, Allied, and coalition partners in areas of cyber Security Management practices, cryptography, cyber security, Incident Handling, Access control and Threat and Vulnerability Management for the United States Army Europe Command. Dr. Hodges has performed threat identification management in developing policy for countermeasures and controls for operation and information security, cyber space, social media, and operation security program management has served as a military cyber security professional and principal adviser in cyber management, network defense, cyber forensic analysis, incident handling and reporting, threat and risk mitigation, Inter-agency information collaboration, incident mapping, and cyber defensive operations and exercises. Dr. Hodges Provided subject matter expertise regarding cyber security aspects of information technology systems to include Cyber Security research with threats and vulnerabilities to include APTs, SCADA, and industrial controls systems National Cooperative High Research Program, Security Project 20-59 (48) National Academy of Science, Transportation Research Board, USA.
Dr. Hodges holds a Doctor of Education, Master of Science- Information Systems Technologies: Management Information Systems, Master of Science- Public Administration, and a Bachelor of Arts- Sociology: Criminal Justice. He is an Army combat Veteran with over 20 year’s military service and a graduate of the United States Army Command and General Staff College and Signal Communications School / School of Information Technology, United States Army Signal Center and has serve as a cyber-security professional (CISSP) and other various information technology security positions ranging from platoon level thru General and Joint staff levels for the military.

Dr. Hodges does advance research, training, and publications in cyber security. He is the author of the featured publication Cyber Vaccination Series, A General Discussion on Cyber, Advance Cyber Security Cyberspace and Malware, Cyber Threats on U.S. Heath Care Systems for the Journal of National Healthcare Billing and Management Association, and An Executive Position on Military Leadership. He currently is pending several publications for Cyber Vaccination for 2014.
